Hot diggiddy dan, we're getting revved up here for next years Vantour already, and this one is still going on! Seriously, we thought we'd fill you in on next years plan, as a lot of people have been asking – and also next year, 2012, is a bit of a unique year. Firstly it's our 5 year anniversary of doing Vantour! So with that in mind we'll be offering 100 days hire for Vantour 2012!!!! Which is totally mind-blowingly awesome. I think you'll agree?

Secondly, Glastonbury's not on (booo!!) - although that does mean for all you keen Vantourers, you can take off a week earlier than usual. And lastly, 2012 is the year of the London Olympics, so what this means is that plans are afoot right now for loads of Olympic related events (including our Wicked campsite) – and this also means that vans are super-limited for Vantour 2012. So the gist of this is that you should book NOW.

The Lowdown

Vantour is a 3 month long hire of a Wicked Camper van for you and your mates to go traveling around Europe in style and comfort at a low low price. Here are the details for Vantour 2012. Here's the skinny:

• £2600 total for a 2 seater van (Early Bird Special*) - No longer available at this price, now £2800

• £2900 total for a Multi seater van (Early bird Special*) - No longer available at this price, now £3100

• 100 day Wicked Camper hire of either a 2 seater or Multi Seater (inc. Unlimited mileage and Roadside Assistance)

• Up to 3 drivers aged 23+ included in the price. If you want a driver 21-22 this is possible but is at an extra cost (£100 per 21-22 driver) so do let us know if so.

• You must camp with us for at least 3 nights at Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain from 6-14 July (all camping costs are additional)

• You must camp with us for at least 1 night at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany from 22nd September-7th October 2012.

• You can pick up your van in London between 25-29th June 2012.

• Vans should be dropped back in London between 2nd-6th October 2012.

• Within 1 month of dropping the van back to us you need to submit a blog of your trip including photos and/or video as part of the Vantour super-discounted deal.

Pricing Details

*Early Bird Special – available until 31 December 2011. 10% deposit payable on booking, the next 40% due by 31 December 2011 and the remaining 50% by 1 May 2012.

When Early bird is no longer available the prices will then go up to £2800 for a 2 seater and £3100 for a Multi seater (price plan for this is 10% deposit on booking and remaining 90% by 1 May 2012). If you would prefer to pay at these times then you can choose this higher priced option at any time.

Vantour Cancellation Policy

If you cancel by 1 May 2012 you will lose the 10% deposit paid. If you cancel by the 1 June 2012 you will lose 50% of the total amount. Bookings cancelled after the 1 June 2012 will not receive a refund.
